Roles we need

What's your role?

We grow strawberries and blueberries in the field and in the packing house. If you have experience in any of these roles — or the drive to learn — we want to hear from you.

🍓🫐
Harvesting Hand-picking strawberries under macrotunnel and blueberries in the field. Working the rows with an eye for quality and a steady pace. Experience is a plus, but not essential.
Packing & processing Sorting, packing and labelling in a refrigerated packhouse. Standing work on a production line, with attention to visual quality.
🚜
Tractor & machinery operators Operating tractors, elevated platforms and agricultural machinery. Driving licence and farming experience required.
🧑‍💼
Field supervisors Organising and overseeing field and packhouse teams. Experience in agricultural supervision and leadership skills.
🏭
Logistics & warehouse Loading, unloading, cold-store management and order preparation. Forklift licence valued.
