Roles we need

What's your role?

We grow strawberries and blueberries in the field and in the packing house. If you have experience in any of these roles — or the drive to learn — we want to hear from you.

🍓🫐
Harvesting Manual picking of strawberries under macrotunnel and blueberries in the field. Row work with quality awareness and a good pace. Experience valued but not essential.
Packing & processing Sorting, packing and labelling in a refrigerated packhouse. Standing work on a production line, with attention to visual quality.
🚜
Tractor & machinery operators Operating tractors, elevated platforms and agricultural machinery. Driving licence and farming experience required.
🧑‍💼
Field supervisors Organising and overseeing field and packhouse teams. Experience in agricultural supervision and leadership skills.
🏭
Logistics & warehouse Loading, unloading, cold-store management and order preparation. Forklift licence valued.

Seasonal contract Spanish Social Security registration and an employment contract for the duration of the campaign, with all legal guarantees.

Permanent seasonal workers Good work is rewarded. The best from each campaign have the opportunity to join as permanent seasonal workers and return year after year.

On-farm accommodation We have our own accommodation facilities on our farms in Moguer for campaign staff who need it.
