Manifesto

We are
farmers.

We are not a distributor with a label of our own. We don't resell what others harvest. We plant it, tend it, pick it and ship it — with our own hands, on our own land. The fruit that reaches your shelf is fruit we sowed, harvested and handled ourselves.

Who we are

Our obsession: harvesting the most vibrant, firm and sweet fruit of the season.

We grow strawberries and blueberries under macrotunnels in the farming belt of Moguer, Huelva. Each year we source our plants from the world's leading nurseries and choose the varieties best suited to our climate — so the fruit that reaches the end customer is always the firmest, most vibrant and sweetest of the season.

Strawberries Blueberries
Inside the field

The macrotunnel, our home.

In Huelva we grow everything under macrotunnels — strawberries and blueberries alike. It's how we add warmth when the weather won't, break the Atlantic wind and shield the fruit from hail and heavy rain: a simple architecture of plastic that looks after every plant right up to the exact day it's picked.

Strawberry · Soil

Strawberry in soil.

Planted straight into Huelva's sandy soil — the traditional method that gives the strawberry its deep, sweet, aromatic flavour.

Strawberry · Hydroponic

Hydroponic strawberry.

Grown in a controlled substrate at picking height. More uniform sizing and nutrient traceability plant by plant.

Blueberry

Blueberry in soil.

Grown in natural soil under macrotunnel — the plastic pushes the plant to deliver firmer, sweeter, more uniform berries.

Ready to distribute
Huelva in your market?

Handling

100% in-house, in our warehouse.

It starts the moment the fruit arrives: every lot is received, identified and coded. Then we sort it by hand, removing anything that falls short of RedBloom's quality standards. In the same flow we assemble the customer's packaging — punnet, wood or carton — pack it into the outer box, run it down the conveyor and palletise it ready for dispatch.

Intake & coding

Every lot is received, identified and coded with its exact harvest time, plot and crew.

Manual selection

Hand-sorted berry by berry. Anything outside the RedBloom standard — size, colour, firmness — is removed.

Packing & palletising

Customer punnet, wood or carton — assembled, boxed, conveyed and palletised, ready for dispatch.

Where we are

Facing the Atlantic, in Moguer.

Our warehouse sits right among the macrotunnels — hundreds of hectares of strawberries and blueberries we know intimately, dawn after dawn.
