Our blueberry

Consistent size, firm flesh.

The blueberry is a delicate, demanding fruit — it needs acidic soil, controlled humidity and steady temperatures. We grow ours in natural soil under macrotunnel in Moguer, where the Atlantic climate and the plastic work together to bring the plant to its fullest expression. Every picking crew learns to read the berry: we harvest only the ones that have reached the exact point of sugar and firmness. The rest can wait until tomorrow.

The blueberry has one of the highest concentrations of anthocyanins in the plant kingdom — the blue pigments responsible for its antioxidant power. Low in calories, rich in vitamin K, manganese and fibre.
